"Email Essentials" Video

The Electronic Postmaster's Office has available for check out an educational video entitled "Email Essentials" that covers legal and appropriate use of email. The program is approximately 28 minutes and is accompanied by a Study and Facilitator's Guide. Eight short skits concerning how email can be mis-used demonstrate how to avoid common pitfalls that get email users into trouble. Basic legal and regulatory issues governing the use of email are presented.

"Email Essentials" gives your department a tool to start the education process for email netiquette and what the appropriate use of email should be. As "Email Essentials" points out, email can be dangerous if not used wisely.

A representative of the Electronic Postmaster's Office would be happy to attend your meeting or class when you are presenting the video to answer any questions or concerns that might arise.
